The policy can depend on the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Typically If you cancel more than a week before the scheduled scanning, you will receive a full refund.
If you pay the entire $400 up front and you need to cancel with in the 7 days before the event, we will refund the $300 ($400 minus deposit).
Otherwise we may keep a deposit for no-shows or last minute cancellations. We understand that we are still in a global pandemic and participants may test positive or be ill at the time of scanning. In the event that you are unwell, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
